Terms and Conditions
Welcome to SkyTravelBooking.com! By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they set out the rights and obligations of both parties.
Booking and Payment
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.
- Full payment must be made 8 weeks before the travel date unless otherwise stated.
- Installment payments can be done, but all installments must be completed 8 weeks before the travel date unless otherwise stated.
- For last-minute booking, full payment must be done a week or 2 after the booking.
- Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other approved options.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or another agreed-upon method.
- Refunds will be processed as per the following schedule:
- More than 8 weeks before departure, we retain the deposit and any payment after that to cover any non-recoverable cost up to that point. The remaining balance of the trip will not be charged / will be refunded.
- 4 weeks before departure: 50% refund.
- Within 3 weeks: No refund
- We are unable to refund you once any related fees to the trip have paid to local partners / vendors.
- Non-refundable fees may include visa processing, booking fees, or third-party costs.
- Transferring your spots to someone else is possible if for some reason you can't travel. Please note that any additional fees occured would become responsibility of the new traveller to complete payment and any payments made to date are not refundable
Travel Requirements
- Travelers are responsible for having a valid passport, visa, and other required travel documents.
- SkyTravel will assist with documentation but does not guarantee visa approvals.
- Any customs, immigration, or government-related issues are the responsibility of the traveler.
Health and Safety
- Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in the tour.
- SkyTravel is not responsible for medical or travel insurance; travelers are advised to arrange their own insurance.
- Adherence to local health and safety regulations is mandatory.
- We are here to support, however, ultimately it is up to you to confirm any health or entry requirements in the destination place.
Itinerary and Program Changes
- The itinerary we provide is flexible and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or safety concerns.
- Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
Liability
- SkyTravel acts as an intermediary between service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.) and travelers. We are not liable for service failures or accidents caused by third-party providers.
- Travelers assume all risks associated with activities during the tour.
- SkyTravel is not liable for any cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.
- We will assists at our best for any medical attention. However, we are not liable for any medical expenses occurs during the trip, so travel insurance is an option for this.
- When travelling with us, you are agree to waive any claims against SkyTravel, even in the event of any potential oversight on our part. Travel insurance is an option to cover these and other possible risks.
Code of Conduct
- Travelers are expected to respect local customs, laws, and traditions.
- Disruptive behavior or failure to follow guidelines may result in removal from the tour without refund.
